These general rules apply when you as a consumer (further stated as "you") make purchases on and use the website psofsweden.com and other connected sites (further stated as "the website"). These terms make an agreement between you and PS of Sweden AB, VAT no SE556859458301 (further stated as "PS of Sweden" or "we"). By making a purchase and using this website you accept these terms and conditions. PS of Sweden cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We follow the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Agreements (2005:59).
PRICING
All prices are in the currency available for your chosen country. We reserve the right to conduct any price adjustments, availability, and obvious typing errors at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined with other campaigns unless otherwise announced.
Returned products are returned in unchanged and unused condition. This means that labels, any Velcro fasteners, labels and protection points are found on the product in the same condition as on delivery. The return must be returned well packed and in the same way as these were delivered to be approved.
In the event of damaged returns, such as the above-mentioned lost labels, damaged Velcro straps, dirt, hair or removed protective plastic, PS of Sweden has the right to charge a depreciation compensation in accordance with how damaged the product has become. Up to 100% of the value of the product if it is not considered to be in saleble condition. Money is refunded for the item minus the value deduction according to law.
Refunds will be made when we have received and checked the condition of the goods. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product. The shipping cost remains and is thus never refunded.
PAYMENT
We offer different local payment options depending on your location. All of our payments are handled by Adyen that has the highest PCI standard applied.
We offer among other things; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal and Swish.
If you are under 18 years old, you need a guardian’s approval for your purchase.
ORDER AND SHIPPING
We pack and send orders placed before 12 pm CET the same day. Delivery time for the choosen delivey method will be added. Within the EU, the delivery time is approx 5-7 days and outside the EU approx 7-10 days. During campaigns and/or product releases the delivery times may be longer.
The delivery cost for each order is the same regardless of measure or weight.

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed. Once your order is sent you will receive another notification with a tracking number. When your package is ready to collect at the nearest pick-up point, you will receive another email or text message. Please make sure you provide accurate contact information to be able to receive these updates for your order.
Products may run out of stock and PS of Sweden cannot be held accountable for these occurrences. This will be noticed as soon as possible, and you will then be contacted with information on how we can or will proceed.
We offer different local shipping options depending on your location. We offer among other things DHL and UPS. To the extent it is possible we try to use environmentally friendly and recycled materials for our packages.
Please note the importance of entering the correct email address and phone number. Failure to do so means that you will not receive necessary information about your order. Packages that are not picked up will be returned to us. Your order will then be refunded except for €/£/$ 35 per unclaimed package.
IMPORTANT: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your PS of Sweden order and/or shipping total. PS of Sweden is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. Orders shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier or sent back to us. PS of Sweden does not issue refunds as a result of unpaid DDU fees. If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact customer service.
VAT AND DUTIES
EU and selected countries: Orders within the European Union and selected countries are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Applies to: EU, USA, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Norway, Japan, and South Korea.
Rest of World: For countries outside of the EU ans listed selected countries we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.
RETURN
When buying on psofsweden.com, a 30-day right of withdrawal always applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying PS of Sweden within 30 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period).
Please note that all products on "Stock Clearance" campaign are considered FINAL SALE and will be not eligible för return or exchange.
To exercise your right of withdrawal on your purchase, the product needs to be returned to us within 30 days of receiving it. In order for the return to be approved, you need to register your return here.

Use the return shipping note that you will receive in you email when you have filled in the return form. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the returned products. Please note that if the returned product is not in mint condition, has signs of use, is dirty, or is missing tags or its original packaging, a fee of €30/£30/$30 will be charged to cover dry cleaning and handling costs.

This cost will not be refunded. The time until you receive your refund varies depending on the country and bank, generally you should have your money back within approx. 2-5 days within Sweden. Note that for international payments, this time can vary and sometimes take up to 7-10 working days from the time your return is processed.
COMPLAINTS
If you want to make a complaint regarding a product that you bought through us, fill in the form below. It is important that you carefully describe why you want to complain. Please attach pictures.
In case of a defect, we will primarily replace the defective or broken product, if the product has been sold out, an exchange for an equivalent product or a value check will be offered. The guarantee for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a change in the product's function and appearance, such as upgrading or other configuration of the product. Each individual case is assessed separately based on the condition of the product. Your order confirmation is valid as a warranty.
You must make a reclaim within a "reasonable time" after discovering a fault with the product. We recommend that you reclaim as soon as possible and at the latest within 60 days after the defect has been discovered.
PS of Sweden provides a 12-month warranty on leather products and we do our utmost to guarantee that the products are free from possible manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects include seams and adhesives on the products. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty also does not cover damage to any part of the product caused by misuse, lack of care, negligence, accident, fire, water or failure to follow care instructions. The warranty applies if the damage is attributable to a manufacturing defect.
Pearls, crystals, rivets and other decorations on, for example, headbands are fragile and if the decoration breaks, this cannot be considered a defect on the product and cannot be claimed.
When the advertised item has been returned and checked, you as a customer will be compensated in accordance with the current consumer protection law. PS of Sweden reserves the right to refuse a complaint if the product does not prove to be faulty according to the current consumer protection law.
SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY
Eligibility. The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and above. Participants must be followers of PS of Sweden on the respective social media platform.
Giveaway Period. The giveaway period will be specified for each individual giveaway or competition announcement.
Entry Requirements. Participants must follow PS of Sweden. Participants should comply with specific entry instructions provided for each giveaway or competition. Participants must adhere to any reposting or tagging requirements mentioned in the giveaway or competition announcement.
Winner Selection. Winners will be selected based on criteria specified for each giveaway or competition. The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be announced on PS of Sweden on the date specified for each giveaway or competition. Winners will only be contacted via direct message on the respective social media platform by PS of Sweden's official account.
Prize Details: Prize details, including the items included and any specific conditions, will be outlined in each giveaway or competition announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, any other product, or gift cards.
Prize Delivery: Winners must provide their shipping details within the specified time frame. Prizes will be shipped within the timeframe mentioned in each giveaway or competition announcement.
Publicity Rights: Participants grant permission for PS of Sweden to use their reposted content for promotional purposes.
Social Media Platform Guidelines: Each giveaway or competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the respective social media platform. Participants release the respective social media platform from any responsibility.
Modification or Cancellation: PS of Sweden reserves the right to modify or cancel any giveaway or competition at any time without notice.
By participating, participants agree to these terms and conditions outlined for each specific giveaway or competition hosted by PS of Sweden on social media.
PURCHASE FROM A STORE
If you have purchased a PS of Sweden product from a store you'll need to contact the store where you made your purchase for changes and/or complaints.
SECOND-HAND PURCHASE
We are unfortunately unable to help you with a complaint or return for PS of Sweden products that have been purchased second hand from another customer.
OTHER
PS of Sweden cannot be held responsible for any accidents or similar that may happen where our products have been used.
We are happy to help advising you on how to choose the correct size on our products. However, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit until the products are tried on.
Please note that the colors in the pictures of our website may vary depending on the settings on your screen. The color can be slightly different in real life.
Text messages and email advertisement may be sent to you if you have placed an order with us, registered your e-mail address for newsletters or registered your e-mail address for a back in stock-notification on an item. You can always choose to unsubscribe from our emails and text messages.
HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
For PS of Sweden, we value our customers. All information that is collected is done so in a responsible manner and with regard to your integrity and the laws on GDPR. It is important for us to be clear about how we handle your personal information, and you are always welcome to contact us if you have questions regarding this.
There are occasions when we have to handle your personal information and other sensitive information in order to provide our services, such as: when you shop at PS of Sweden, we need to see that the purchase is real and that it really is you shopping. Depending on your chosen method of payment we may have to handle your credit card information or perform a credit evaluation. If you want your information to be erased after your order is completed, please just email us.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market battles, decisions by the authorities, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and thus a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and commitments on our part, and which causes us to if not able to keep the said agreement/commitment, such event shall form the basis for PS of Sweden being released from our obligations to fulfil the said agreement.
